The 1000L IBC Tank also known as an IBC tote, is a medium-sized bulk container widely used for storing and transporting liquids, powders, and granular materials. It consists of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) inner tank and a steel or plastic outer frame, offering features such as corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and excellent sealing. With a capacity of 1000 liters (approximately 1 ton) and standard dimensions of about 1200mm x 1000mm x 1145mm, it includes a pallet base for easy forklift handling. Suitable for industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and agriculture, it is economical, practical, and reusable.

Q.Can I stack these IBC tanks?
A.Yes. When full, they can be stacked up to 2 high. When empty and properly nested (or with the cage), they can be stacked 3-4 high for storage.

Q.How do I clean the tank between different products?
A. Use the wide 150mm top opening to spray wash. For heavy residue, steam cleaning is possible (max 60°C). Rinse with appropriate solvent.

Q.Can the valve position be customized?
A.Yes, both the size and position of the valves can be customized according to your needs.

Q.What is the lifespan of a plastic IBC tank?
A.With proper handling (no direct sunlight long-term, no aggressive chemicals beyond material limits), the tank can last 5-10 years in reusable logistics.

Q.Do you offer replacement parts?
A. Yes- replacement valves, cap gaskets, and cage components are available separately.

Q. What is your quality guarantee policy?
A. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., leaks). Please report any problems immediately with photos/videos. We will provide solutions including compensation or free replacements based on the situation.
